This week’s Women’s Indoor Softball League delivered a great start to the festive season with the first of two Christmas specials. The arena was alive with holiday spirit as players embraced the theme, donning turkey headdresses, jingle bell outfits, and festive attire

The Menheniot sessions, held at the Menheniot Community Hall, have so far been a resounding success, with two 90-minute sessions completed and two more scheduled to take place on Fridays before Christmas, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

The Women’s Indoor Softball Cricket League lit up Week 4 with an electrifying twist: UV Glow-in-the-Dark Cricket! Over two action-packed days, seven teams embraced the fun and spectacle of playing under floodlit UV lights.

Exciting Events Ahead: UV Moonlit Matches With the tournament reaching its halfway point, the excitement is set to soar next week with two UV Moonlit competition nights on Monday and Wednesday.

Cricket action heated up as Mullion, Wadebridge, and Redruth launched their Winter indoor softball campaigns in a round-robin tournament.

Cornwall Cricket Board proudly hosted the opening event of its Winter Indoor Softball Women’s Festival last week at Cornwall Cricket Centre on the Truro College campus. This inaugural festival featured teams from St Austell, St Neot, Helston, and Stithians in an exciting showcase of indoor cricket.

The highly anticipated Indoor Cup and Plate finals for the Women's Cricket season were held recently at the cricket centre, following a weather forecast that moved the matches indoors.

Throughout the season, Truro delivered several outstanding performances, including a commanding 139-run win over Grampound Road and an impressive 9-wicket victory against Redruth.
