Cornwall Cricket Board is becoming a charity (May) and we are seeking a number of Directors/Trustees to develop our skills based Board.

We are seeking an experienced and value‑driven individuals to join our Board under the following roles:

Charitable Finance Lead. This is a pivotal role at a time of growth and opportunity, helping us strengthen our financial sustainability and ensure we continue to deliver meaningful impact for the communities we serve.
Equity Diversity and Inclusion Lead. To provide independent counsel, governance, and strategic leadership on all matters relating to equity, diversity, and inclusion. To ensure the Board remains accountable for creating an inclusive culture, meeting statutory requirements, and reflecting the diversity of the stakeholders the organisation serves.
Communication and Marketing Lead. To provide a strategic lead, responsible for supporting our communication and marketing objectives in partnership with our senior leadership team, especially within the designing of and implementation of our organisation’s Communications and marketing strategy.
Charitable Governance Lead. To ensure the organisation complies with its governing documents, charity law, policy and best practice regulatory standards. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Board's decision-making processes and ensuring that the charity remains focused on its primary objectives and public benefit.
Fundraising and Donor Relations Lead. To provide independent oversight and strategic guidance on the organisation's income generation activities. This NED acts as a bridge between the Board and the fundraising executive team, ensuring that resource mobilisation is ambitious yet sustainable, and that donor stewardship is conducted with the highest levels of integrity.
