The tone for the St Just innings was set with an opening partnership of 57 between James Tregear (21) and Bradley Harvey, who went on to hit 72 off 43 balls with a six and 10 fours.
Ryan Harvey made 21 late on as St Just were dismissed off the final ball of their 20 overs for 158.
James Griffiths, Joe Sharp, Fletcher Marr and Jonty Mitchell all took two wickets.
Player of the Match Harvey then struck twice to reduce Paul to 0-2.
Billy Pascoe (26) and Nick Nowell (29) staged a recovery.
Jago Hills, Tanielle Carey, Daniel Evans and Harrison Cockle all got double figures, but the overs ran out at 141-8.
Thomas George took 2-18.
St Just won by 17 runs to win the trophy for the fourth successive year.
