Children attending our Soft Ball Cricket Camp on December 20th had an exciting surprise visit from Gloucestershire Player Joe Phillips. Joe, back in town to spend Christmas with family, dropped by the Cricket Centre to meet with Tamsin, our Marketing and Fundraising Officer, sharing insights into his journey through Cornish Cricket and its impact on his life.

Amidst his visit, Joe enthusiastically joined the young players at the camp, even affording Lucas Stewart, one of our current Pathway Players, the opportunity to bowl for him. He fielded questions from the children about his career, offering guidance on how they could follow his path. Thank you to Joe for generously sharing his time and wisdom with us and the children.
