Cornwall Super 9s Celebrate a Year of Success

Cornwall Super 9s marked a highly successful 12 months with a well-earned celebration last weekend, bringing together players and supporters to reflect on an outstanding season.

The afternoon recognised the team’s achievements, with medals presented to players following their triumph in the South West League. A series of individual awards were also handed out, celebrating performances across the season, including Batting -   Josh Raven, Bowling - Archie Ball, Fielding - Brendon Prouse, Most Improved Player - Morgan White, Most Improved Player (Special Mention) - Chloe Francis, Players Player - Ben Mailes,  Duck Trophy - Josh Raven, Volunteer Awards - Alison Francis and Mark Perry. 

The event highlighted the dedication, teamwork, and commitment that have driven the Cornwall Super 9s’ success over the past year and provided a fitting conclusion to a memorable season.

Super 9s Coach Daniel Tonkin said: “This celebration caps off a remarkable year and highlights how far the squad has progressed, both as individual players and as a group. It has given all of the squad time to reflect and celebrate all their hard work throughout the year . It is a very exciting time to be involved with the Cornwall Super 9s as we prepare for the 2026 season.”
