SF (1) Mullion 125-7 (M Turner 37no, T Peterken 21; G Furnival 2-14, D Swindells 2-16) lost to
Stithians 128-6 (18.1) (D Swindells 38no, R Edwards 31, M Ellis 21) by six wickets.
SF (2) Wadebridge II 163-6 (J Beare 32, K Gill 27, J Cox 26, P Menhenick 25; S Whatley 2-31, J Shorten 2-35) beat
Callington II 106-9 (C Hawken 3-9, K Gill 2-14) by 57 runs.

Wadebridge II 172-5 (T McLachlan 68no; R Edwards 2-26, G Furnival 2-32) lost to
Stithians 173-4 (17.2) (S Danby 47, D Swindells 39no, M Ellis 36) by six wickets.

Stithians won the competition for the first time, having lost in four semi-finals previously at Finals day. They defeated Wadebridge Seconds in an entertaining, high-scoring final by six wickets to repeat the 2021 defeat for the North Cornwall club. Having elected to bat, Wadebridge got to 49 before losing both openers, Charlie McLachlan (19) and Jamie Beare (24). Tom McLachlan went on to dominate the innings to make an unbeaten 68 off 43 balls. Paul Menhinick (25) added 84 for the fifth wicket. Glyn Furnival and Ryan Edwards took two wickets each.
Requiring 173, the Stithians openers Matthew Ellis (36) and Simon Danby (47) added 71. Ryan Edwards departed for eight before Furnival hit a couple of boundaries in his 16. Player of the Match, Daniel Swindells, saw his side home with 39 off 23 balls, including a couple of sixes. Ryan Mitchell was unbeaten on 17 with 16 balls to spare.
In the morning semi-final Mullion lost early wickets to Stithians to find themselves 52-6 before Matthew Turner’s unbeaten 37 got them to 125-7. Stithians were 45-3 before Edwards (31) and Swindells (38no) secured the win by four wickets with eleven balls remaining.
In the second semi-final, solid batting by the Wadebridge Seconds batters saw them reach 163-6 against Callington Seconds, with opener Jamie Beare top scoring with 32. Callington lost their first six wickets for 52 and were restricted to 106-9. Charlie Hawken took 3-9 from three overs.
