Very sad news. He was a great person to talk to when over there playing for the club. Also a genius at Countdown! 💙

So sorry and sad to hear this. From Crusaders Cricket to local derbys versus St Buryan and then in the same darts team always great company and top top man. Thoughts with friends and family 😪

Tim Boston

That is very sad news, was very supportive when I started umpiring and was always held in such high esteem by players, colleagues and spectators.

Simon Menneer

I can only echo Tim's words: as a rookie umpire he gave me so much support and confidence. An outstanding bloke and all.

Graham Trenwith

Very sad to hear, played many games with Blair both at St Just and the Cornish Crusaders, R.I.P mate

Steve Raven

Awful news. Popular and well respected. Will be missed.

Was a great bloke. Enjoyed many a chat with Blair about many different things. Always asked how I was getting on even when I left the club if I saw him. Top chap!

Andrew Loutit

Very sad news. But I’ve only happy memories, even though it was now a long time ago.

Edward Nicolson

Very sad to hear this. Played against him for St Austell and with him for the Crusaders and he was a lovely sociable man. RIP
