Women's Indoor Hardball League comes down to the last round of games.

The Women's Indoor Hardball League comes down to the wire, as Werrington look to grab top spot as they take on Wadebridge.

Werrington currently lie in 3rd Spot, but with a win, can leapfrog 2nd placed Truro to tie on points with Perranporth Waves. If this happens, the deciding factor will be the net run rate, of which Perranporth are currently slightly in front. This could all change if Werrington pulls off a big enough win. Wadebridge will be looking to secure their 2nd win of the league also with in form bowler Gracie Parkin looking to make inroads to the Werrington batting order. In the other last league game, Helston will be looking for their first win of the tournament with their very talented young team, whilst Redruth will be looking to secure a mid table finish with a win too.

Here are some Match reports on the last few games.

Match 13 - Redruth v Wadebridge Black Swans - Redruth picked up their second win of the season when they took on the Black Swans of Wadebridge. The Wadebridge innings started off well with opening batters Gracie and Jaz making 22 without loss, but 2 sharp run outs got Redruth back into the game. Wickets fell in a hurry after that with Polly bowling a devastating spell in the middle of the innings taking 2 wickets, both dismissals beating the batters for pace. When the game seemed a million miles away, come of the hour, come of the Women, Charlotte came in at 5 and took the game by the scruff of the neck scoring off almost every ball she faced, giving the Swans some hope. With 18 required off the last over, Kayleigh stepped and strangled the innings, only conceding 5 off the last over which included the wicket of Charlotte for a sensational innings of 26.
