Somerset Player Line-Up Confirmed for their Showcase Clash against Cornwall — James Rew and Local Talent Goldsworthy & Roberts to Feature
Cricket fans in Cornwall are in for a treat as Somerset County Cricket Club have announced a number of players set to feature in next week’s showcase fixture against Cornwall, including England Lions Cricketer James Rew.
Joining him will be Lewis Goldsworthy and Kian Roberts, two players with strong Cornish roots who progressed through the Cornwall Cricket Board Pathway, now returning to the county as part of this exciting encounter.
The match will take place at Wadebridge Cricket Club on Monday, August 4th, with play starting at 11:00 AM and gates opening at 9:00 AM.
This fixture is part of a national ECB initiative designed to give National Counties sides the opportunity to compete against first-class opposition, bringing high-level cricket to regional venues and inspiring the next generation of players.

Parking is available at Wadebridge Rugby Club for £5 per car, payable on arrival. Additional parking is available at Wadebridge Secondary School main entrance for £5 per car, and in Wadebridge town centre. Tickets can be bought on the gate and make sure you bring your own seating.
