Cornwall Cricket Board (CCB) is inviting tenders from experienced and innovative web development agencies to design and build a new website.

As part of its transformation into a registered charity, CCB is launching a new digital platform that will play a vital role in promoting grassroots cricket, engaging the wider community, and supporting fundraising initiatives across Cornwall. The website will serve players, families, volunteers, donors, and supporters, reflecting the Foundation’s commitment to inclusion, development, and growth of the game.

The selected agency will be responsible for delivering:
A fully responsive and accessible website, compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards

A modern, easy-to-navigate design aligned with the Board’s brand

Real-time integration with social media platforms

An interactive club map with search filters

Full integration with Donorfy CRM and Mailchimp

A content management system (CMS) enabling editorial workflows and non-technical content updates

SEO optimisation and analytics tools for performance tracking

Agencies submitting proposals should include details of relevant experience, portfolio samples (particularly from the sports, charity, or community sectors), technical and creative approach, timelines with milestones, and an itemised cost breakdown. Optional ongoing support and hosting packages may also be proposed.

Cornwall Cricket Board Managing Director Joe Skinner said: “Our website is really important to us as it is the door to all cricket across the County.  As we head into charitable status our website needs to reflect our cricket playing landscape but it also needs to act as our charitable hub, a vehicle for telling the story and the good that happens in cricket across Cornwall. It is vital that it is modern, informative and acts as a hub for all things cricket across the County.
