National Programme - Update

In January we informed you that we have been facing some delays to our usual process for kit delivery.

Unfortunately these challenges continue and it is with huge regret that today we are announcing that we will be pushing back the priority window and national launch.

The priority window for All Stars and Dynamos Cricket will now open at 10am on Wednesday 3rd April. The National Launch will now open at 10am on Wednesday 10th April. This delay provides us with the best opportunity to deliver National Programmes with as little disruption as possible.

Course delivery will remain unchanged, starting from 10th May 2024 onwards.

We know that this will impact planning, delivery and anticipated registrations, and that many of you have been proactive in promoting the priority window and launch date. The decision has not been taken lightly and the significance of the delay is felt across all at the ECB and across the network of County Boards.

We request that all promotion of your courses now reflects the new timings.

We encourage you to use the additional time to upload outstanding courses onto the ClubSpark system, and complete any necessary Activator training.

As always, here is our guide on how to upload courses and please see below for the link to ClubSpark where you can upload yours.

We understand that there will be numerous questions in relation to this and while we are not able to provide all the answers as the situation continues to evolve, we will endeavour to reply to your questions as soon as possible.

Once again, we are deeply sorry for the impact this will have.

If you have any general questions, you can also contact us via our helpdesk for All Stars here and Dynamos here.
