Cornwall won the toss and invited Bedfordshire to bat.

Cornwall lost their NCCA Trophy game away to Bedfordshire by 88 runs.

Former Northants captain Alex Wakeley and Fayaz Homyoon both hit centuries,  sharing a 213 run third wicket partnership as Bedfordshire reached 274 for 4 in 50 overs.

Cornwall lost their first four wickets for 55 and were bowled out for 186 in the 41st over.

With all five teams in the group having lost there is all to play for in the final two rounds.

Cornwall host Hertfordshire at Redruth next Sunday with a later start at noon.
