Cornwall's cricketers had the most memorable of days when they beat Somerset at the County Ground, Taunton in a first NCCA Showcase fixture.
In the 50 over game Somerset were bowled out for 260 with Cornishman Lewis Goldsworthy making 59.
Rob Mutch took 4 for 30 on debut.
Cornwall responded superbly to reach 263 for 5 with 22 balls to spare.
Skipper Scott Harvey made a county best 93 not out and Truro teammate Charlie Kent hit 60.
England's Test Spinner Jack Leach took one for 33 from 10 overs.
The game was played in excessive heat with temperatures peaking at 29 degrees.
