St Austell Brewery is supporting Cornwall’s talented cricketers this summer as part of a new cricket stump sponsorship with the Brewery’s flagship ale Tribute and Cornwall Cricket Board. Tribute is now the official beer of Cornwall Cricket.
The famous Tribute branding will be on the stumps of adult cricket clubs across the county this season while the sponsorship fee will be distributed amongst the clubs who sign-up to help them with their running costs. This is fantastic support for adult cricket in Cornwall.
Treleavans Icecream is supporting Cornwall young cricketers at Secondary Schools through the Cornwall Cricket Competition programme, in particular the Winter Indoor and Summer Outdoor programme.
You will see the Treleavens image placed on the cricket stumps used in the competitions, CCB social media around the competitions, the website and a selfie board where the players and teachers have the ability to take their pictures and post them on twitter, instagram and Facebook.
Roddas Cream support the Cricket Clubs in Cornwall through a Cricket Tea competition. Clubs have the ability to post their pictures of their tea’s to be in with a chance of winning a prize, post the picture on social media and hashtag #RoddasAfternoonTeaCup (2018, competition now closed)
Imerys area a supporter of Cornwall Youth Cricket Association and junior cricket in the County. Imerys have been instrumental in buying clubs a set of plastic stumps for all youth cricket teams in 2018 along with rubber balls to enable shorten pitch lengths to be played.
Imerys support has been invaluable in helping junior clubs to play the new ECB junior formats.
