Around half of the games in the LWC Drinks Cornwall Cricket League yesterday failed to finish due to the weather as showery rain moved across mid & West Cornwall during the afternoon.

In the ECB Premier League the big match at Truro was abandoned at tea after Truro had been bowled out for 131 by Penzance. Nathan Pobega took 5 for 19.
At Falmouth St Just reached 71 for 2 in the 19th over when the rain came.
History was made at St Austell with the first ever game in the Cornwall League decided by Duckworth Lewis.
Camborne were 99 all out and St Austell reached 65 for 2 in the 23rd over when play was called off. St Austell won however by 8 wickets on the Duckworth Lewis method.
Werrington made 271 for 8 at home to Grampound Road who were 188 all out in reply.
Redruth are second in the table after scoring 200 for 9 at Callington who were bowled out for 124.
Only one game was completed in County Division 1.
Rosudgeon made 166 for 7 at Launceston who were then dismissed for 100.
The Beacon v Gorran, Newquay v Werrington seconds and Redruth seconds v Troon games were all abandoned.
Today Cornwall Women play Wiltshire at Newquay at 11am and the Under 15 Girls play Dorset at Mount Ambrose.
Cornwall Over 50s start their ECB season against Devon at Sidmouth.
