SECTION 1 - ALL CLUBS TO VOTE
The appropriate votes per club will automatically be allocated by the League

27 Any Premier or County Division 1 team which concedes a match shall be automatically deducted 20 pts and fined up to £200.”

SECTION 4 - TIER 1 (County 1) ONLY
